Pixoshot ("we", "our", "us") provides AI product image generation and optional Google Drive export features. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following:

• Account details such as name, email, and profile image from sign-in providers.
• Generated image metadata and app usage details for core product functionality.
• Google OAuth tokens only when you explicitly connect Google Drive.

Technical Data Handling

Pixoshot is designed with a "Local-First" focus to ensure maximum privacy for your professional assets:

• Zero-Server Image Storage: We do not store your original or generated images on our servers. Images are processed in-memory and saved directly to your private Google Drive if connected.
• API Key Encryption: If you provide your own Gemini/Google AI key, it is stored exclusively in your browser's encrypted local storage. Your API key is never sent to or persisted on our backend servers.

Google User Data

If you connect Google Drive, Pixoshot requests only the scopes needed to create, read, and remove images in your Drive for this app workflow. We do not sell Google user data and do not use Google user data for advertising.

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features such as saving generated images to your Drive and listing those saved images in the gallery.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted infrastructure providers to run the service, store data, and process requests on our behalf.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from app settings, which revokes app access for future operations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
