By accessing or using Pixoshot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Service

• You agree to use Pixoshot only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for content you upload and generate.
• You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt service operations.

Google Drive Integration

If you connect Google Drive, you authorize Pixoshot to access only the permissions requested at consent time to provide save/list/delete features for your generated images. You can disconnect access at any time from Settings.

Pricing and Credits

Credit purchases are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the payment provider's mandatory dispute process.

• Credit packs are sold as digital usage credits and are consumed when generation runs.
• Fees, taxes, and payment processor charges may be deducted from receipts.
• Bonus credits, promotions, and discounts may change or end at any time.

Image Output and Resolution

Output image dimensions are based on model presets, aspect ratio, and resolution settings. The service may normalize, resize, or upscale images to match supported preset dimensions. Exact pixel dimensions are not guaranteed by the model itself.

• Available aspect ratios and resolutions depend on the selected model.
• The final image may be adjusted after generation to match documented presets.
• Visual quality and fidelity can vary depending on the prompt, model, and source image.

Intellectual Property

Pixoshot and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixoshot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
